Joel passes his restricted driving test at VTNZ Wiri!

Many congratulations Joel and Maria on Joel passing his restricted test on the first attempt at VTNZ Wiri today ! What a blessing it has been with helping Maria pass her full conversion test a couple of months ago and now having helped Joel pass his restricted test!
