Terms and Conditions

This page details out our terms and conditions for our services. By booking in for a mock driving test or driving lesson, you agree to these conditions.

Driving Lessons

  • All driving lessons will be conducted in the instructor’s driving school vehicle unless agreed prior.

  • The student must bring with them a valid NZ Licence or an International Licence/Permit for the lesson to continue. Failing to bring a valid licence will forfeit the lesson and all related costs including a cancelation fee will be the responsibility of the student.

Mock Driving Tests

  • The student must meet the driving instructor close to the test site.

  • All mock tests will be conducted in the student’s vehicle unless agreed prior. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle has a valid Rego and WOF, and appropriate vehicle insurance, and has sufficient fuel to complete the mock test.

  • The student must bring with them a valid NZ Licence or an International Licence/Permit for the mock test to continue.

  • Failing to bring a valid licence or to ensure the vehicle is up to the required standard will forfeit the mock test and all related costs including a cancelation fee will be the responsibility of the student.

Payment

  • Late notice of cancellation or request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a late notice fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

  • No notice or failing to turn up to the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

  • Any request to refund a paid fee due to no fault of the driving school will incur an admin fee of 25% of the paid amount.
